    Disclosed is a method for modifying an amino acid attenuator, a type of amino acid attenuator mutants, engineered bacteria generated on the basis of the amino acid attenuator mutants, and use of the engineered bacteria. Further disclosed is a method for relieving the attenuation regulation of an amino acid operon gene. The amino acid operon gene is modified as follows: removing a gene coding for a leader peptide and an anterior reverse complementary palindromic sequence in the terminator stem-loop structure, and maintaining a posterior reverse complementary palindromic sequence in the terminator. The amino acid operon can be selected from histidine operon, tryptophan operon, phenylalanine operon, alanine operon, and threonine operon.

    A preparation method for human breast milk stem cells and an application thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: collecting breast milk; separating human breast milk cells to obtained purified breast milk cell suspension; transferring the purified breast milk cell suspension into a culture plate coated with gelatin having a volume percentage of 0.01-0.05%, putting the culture plate into a CO2 incubator for culturing, changing liquid once every day, separating individual cells on the sixth day for cloning and inoculating the cells into a new ultralow-adherency culture plate to promote clone formation; when the cells are fused to 80% or above, adding trypsin, performing digestion at 37°C for 5 min, ending the digestion, collecting cell sediments, washing and centrifugating the cells, resuspending the cells with a fresh cell culture liquid, and perform passage according to the ratio of 1:3. The technical solution is easy to operate, needs no co-culture of feeder cells, and can better maintain the undifferentiated state of the human breast milk stem cells and obtain a larger number of human breast milk stem cells.

    An insulating bush made of a thermoplastic material comprises an insulating housing (10), a center conductor (20), and a shielding mesh (30). The shielding mesh (30) is encircled by the insulating housing (10) completely or partially. The shielding mesh (30) encircles the center conductor (20). The insulating bush is compact in structure, light in weight, and convenient to mount. By using a thermoplastic material as an insulating housing, the problem of pores and small cracks is easily resolved. The plastic is high in cooling and solidifying speed. Moreover, the thermoplastic material can be repeatedly used after being heated again, thereby achieving the good recycling property, eliminating the solidifying process, shortening the production time, and improving the production efficiency.
