  • LITHIUM SLURRY BATTERY SYSTEM

    Provided in the present invention is a lithium slurry battery system, which comprises a lithium slurry battery and equipment for the maintenance and regeneration of a lithium slurry battery. The lithium slurry battery may be easily coupled with the maintenance and regeneration equipment by means of a top-cap coupling device for the lithium slurry battery and an equipment coupling device of the maintenance and regeneration equipment so as to inject the gas in a gas storage tank or the liquid in a liquid storage tank of the maintenance and regeneration equipment into the lithium slurry battery, or to discharge the gas or liquid in the lithium slurry battery into a gas recovery storage tank or liquid recovery storage tank of the maintenance and regeneration equipment. Hence, operations such as injection, refill, and replacement of liquid, and injection and discharge of gas may be carried out for the lithium slurry battery, leading to enhanced use performance, safety and sealing properties of the battery, and elongated life of the battery, thus implementing the maintenance and regeneration of a lithium slurry battery.

  • PANEL DRIVING DEVICE AND DISPLAY DEVICE

    A panel driving device and a display device. The panel driving device comprises an interface module (11), a voltage conversion module (12), and a compensation module (13). The interface module (11) comprises a first input end and a first output end. The voltage conversion module (12) comprises a second input end and a second output end. The first output end is coupled to the second input end. The voltage at the first input end is a first voltage signal (V1), the voltage at the first output end is a second voltage signal (V2), the voltage at the second input end is a third voltage signal (V3), and the voltage at the second output end is a fourth voltage signal (V4). The compensation module (13) is configured to generate a compensation voltage signal according to the third voltage signal (V3) and apply the compensation voltage signal to the first input end or the first output end so that the third voltage signal (V3) is equal to the first voltage signal (V1). The panel driving device and the display device can compensate for the cable transmission loss and the wiring loss of a printed circuit board, thereby avoiding the work anomaly of a liquid crystal panel.

  • CELL FOR LITHIUM PASTE BATTERY, AND LITHIUM PASTE BATTERY MODULE

    The present invention provides an anhydrous cell for a lithium paste battery. The anhydrous cell comprises positive plates and negative plates that are disposed crosswise. Each positive plate comprises a positive active conductive layer and a positive surface current collection layer. The positive active conductive layer comprises positive active conductive particles, part or all of which are in a stacked state and are fixed in non-glued manner. The positive surface current collection layer is disposed on the surface of the positive active conductive layer, and is in close and conductive contact with the positive active conductive layer. Each negative plate comprises a negative embedded lithium conductive layer, the negative embedded lithium conductive layer is a lithium-containing metal conductor or negative embedded lithium conductive particles, part or all of which are in a stacked state and are fixed in non-glued manner. The surroundings of the positive plates and/or the negative plates are insulated and sealed. The present invention also comprises a lithium paste battery module comprising the anhydrous cell.

    Disclosed are a display driving circuit and a display device. The display driving circuit comprises a voltage converter (11) having at least one direct-current voltage output branch (L1, L2, L3, …, Ln), and a current sampler (12) which is provided on at least part of the direct-current voltage output branch (L1) in the at least one direct-current voltage output branch (L1, L2, L3, …, Ln), and used for measuring the magnitude of a current flowing through the direct-current voltage output branch (L1) and outputting an associated voltage relevant to the magnitude of the current at an output end. The output end of the current sampler (12) is connected with the voltage converter (11). The voltage converter (11) is used for adjusting, according to the associated voltage from the current sampler (12), a direct-current voltage output from the corresponding direct-current voltage output branch (L1) so that the magnitude of the current flowing through the corresponding direct-current voltage output branch (L1) is stable at a preset value relevant to a target output voltage value.

    Disclosed in embodiments of the present application are a billing management method, a user plane function, and a control plane function. The method in the embodiments of the present application comprises: a UP receiving a first usage reporting rule (URR) and a second URR sent by a CP, the first URR and the second URR being associated; when usage information on the UP reaches a threshold of the first URR, the UP acquiring usage information corresponding to the first URR and usage information corresponding to a third URR associated with the first URR; the UP sending the usage information corresponding to the first URR and the usage information corresponding to the third URR to the CP, so that the CP obtains a billing data record according to the usage information corresponding to the first URR and the usage information corresponding to the third URR. In the embodiments of the present application, a CP can acquire from a UP usage information corresponding to URRs on different levels having associations therebetween, and therefore the CP can generate a complete billing data record and report the billing data record to a billing server.

    A method and a device for allocating an IP address, being used for solving the technical problem of an IP address conflict caused by simultaneous allocation of IP addresses to an UE by a control plane device and a user plane device. A control plane network device can, upon reception of a session establishing request message, determine whether a first user plane network device has the capability of allocating an IP address to a terminal device: if the first user plane network device has the capability of allocating an IP address to the terminal device, the control plane network device can send to the first user plane network device an address allocation instruction. In this way, it can be made clear which device allocates the IP address, avoiding the situation that the two devices allocate IP addresses to the same terminal device simultaneously, thereby avoiding an IP address conflict.

    A lithium ion flow battery, comprising a positive electrode current collecting layer (21), a negative electrode current collecting layer (22), a positive electrode reaction cavity (24), a negative electrode reaction cavity (25), an isolating layer (23), a positive electrode suspension liquid (26) and a negative electrode suspension liquid (27), wherein the positive electrode current collecting layer and the negative electrode current collecting layer are located at the two sides of the isolating layer respectively and are in close contact with the isolating layer to form sandwich composite structure layers of the positive electrode current collecting layer, the isolating layer and the negative electrode current collecting layer; and several sandwich composite structure layers are arranged in sequence in an order that current collecting layers of the same polarity are oppositely arranged, and the electrode suspension liquid continuously or discontinuously flows in a battery reaction cavity between adjacent sandwich composite structure layers. Thus, the size of the battery reaction cavity can be flexibly designed according to the viscosity of the electrode suspension liquid without increasing the polarization internal resistance of the battery, thereby solving the restriction conflict existing in the existing lithium ion flow battery between the size of the battery reaction cavity and the polarization internal resistance of the battery.

    Disclosed are a location information allocation method, apparatus and device, falling within the technical field of communications. The method comprises: acquiring location information about a user equipment; according to the location information about the user equipment, determining a location region identifier list allocated to the user equipment, wherein a location region in the location region identifier list is within a service region of a user plane gateway serving the user equipment; and sending the location region identifier list to a mobility management network element so that the mobility management network element sends the location region identifier list to the user equipment.   • METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRANSMITTING DOWNLINK DATA NOTIFICATION MESSAGE

    The embodiment of the present invention relates to the field of communication and, more particularly, to a method and apparatus for transmitting a downlink data notification (DDN) message. The method comprises the following steps: a control plane network element receives a delay instruction transmitted by a mobility management network element, the delay instruction being used to instruct the control plane network element to delay the transmitting of the DDN message; the control plane network element receives an event report message transmitted by a user plane network element, the event report message containing a reporting event, the reporting event being used to notify the control plane network element that a downlink data packet destined for a user equipment (UE) cannot match a bearer; the control plane network element determines whether the UE is registered on the mobility management network element; and if the control plane network element does not receive the routing information of a base station transmitted by the mobility management network element within a first time period, the control plane network element transmits the DDN message to the mobility management network element at the end of the first time period. The scheme of the embodiment of the present invention can reduce the transmission of the DDN, thereby reducing the signaling load of the mobility management network element, and further reducing the processing complexity of the user plane network element.

Correspondingly, an embodiment of the present invention also discloses an MME capable of improving efficiency of UE paging.

    Disclosed are a method for managing a user equipment, a mobility management network element, a base station and a home network server. The method comprises: an MME receiving a request message of a UE and acquiring the type of a cell accessed by the UE; the MME receiving subscription information about the UE sent by an HHS, the subscription information comprising first cell type information, and the first cell type information indicating the type of a cell subscribed to by the UE; and the MME managing the UE according to the first cell type information and the type of the cell accessed by the UE. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the network operation efficiency in a hybrid networking condition can be improved.

  • Deep attention user-based collaborative filtering for recommendation

    The user-based collaborative filtering (UCF) model has been widely used in industry for recommender systems. UCF predicts a user's interest in an item based on rating information from similar user profiles. A neural network UCF model can learn effectively the high-order relations between users and items, but it cannot distinguish the importance of users in learning process. To mine the complex relationships between users and items, we incorporate a Deep+Shadow pattern to improve learning features effectively, namely as DeepUCF. Firstly, we define historical users, that is, users from the historical data of interactions with an item. The target user and historical users are calculated to capture complex process of user's interacted item. Secondly, we integrate a shallow linear model to effectively solve single pair interaction problems. Finally, DeepUCF construct of a pair of user relations (interactive users with a history of items) for the input, and joint linear and nonlinear models to build relationships between users. More importantly, DeepUCF+a add an attention network to distinguish the historical user importance of items, which make DeepUCF more expressive. Experiments on real datasets show that DeepUCF and DeepUCF+a can effectively capture users' complex high-order relationships, and achieve better performance. (C) 2019 Elsevier B.V.
