The CBA request message may include an indication that the user equipment wants to obtain a preamble for CBA data transmission and is not for full network access. The method may then include receiving an allocation of a preamble for CBA from the network node.

  • TEST SYSTEM AND TEST METHOD FOR NATURAL VIBRATION FREQUENCY OF BOGIE OF TRACK VEHICLE

    A test system and a test method for the natural vibration frequency of a bogie of a track vehicle, which belong to the technical field of mechanical performance tests. The test system is composed of a test platform (1), vertical actuators (2), a half-vehicle mass simulation device (3) and vertical actuators (4), wherein wheelset clamping mechanisms (5) are installed on the test platform (1); the bottom of each of four corners of the test platform (1) is respectively connected to one downward vertical actuator (2); and the half-vehicle mass simulation device (3) is arranged above the test platform (1). During a test, wheels of a bogie are fixed to the test platform (1) by means of the wheelset clamping mechanisms (5), then the half-vehicle mass simulation device (3) is fixedly connected to a bogie bolster, a laser displacement sensor is respectively arranged at each of four corners above a side beam of a bogie frame, the laser displacement sensor is connected to a data collection system, an excitation signal is applied to each vertical actuator (2) through a hydraulic servo system, and the data collection system records the change of the displacement of an end for the side beam of the frame, thereby obtaining a response curve between a displacement and a frequency, so as to determine a natural vibration frequency in a formation corresponding to the frame and a vehicle body. The system has a simple structure and high test accuracy, and can really reflect the natural vibration characteristic of a vehicle.

    A user equipment (UE) and a network access node (eNB or CIoT-BS) each store in their local memory the UE's context. Automatically upon a designated communication between them a timer is initiated that indicates the UE context is valid. For transitioning the UE from an idle to a connected mode, there is a selection between a first and a second procedure and this selection is based on the timer and on at least one other prescribed validity criterion (for example, context validity area, radio conditions or CE level). Data is then sent or received on a radio connection that is obtained via the selected first or second procedure, where only one of the first and second procedures utilizes the stored UE context. During that procedure, in an embodiment the UE can send to the CIoT-BS an indication that it has the stored UE context.

    The invention involves a method and apparatus for determining Transmission Block Size (TBS) for short Transmission Time Interval (sTTI), the method comprising: determining whether the sTTI is on Downlink (DL) or Uplink (UL); calculating TBS for sTTI by using legacy TBS, the length of sTTI and the number of symbols for PDCCH if the sTTI is on DL; and scaling legacy TBS according to the length of sTTI if the sTTI is on UL. In this way, the provided method and apparatus may derive appropriate TBS corresponding to the sTTI in both DL and UL.
