At a pharmacy (2), drugs and medical materials for wards 3-10 for a plurality of days including the current day and the next day are mounted on a plurality of trays (T), at least one or a plurality of trays out of the plurality of trays (T) mounting the drugs and medical materials for the wards 3-10 are mounted on a mobile carriage (MC), and destination data attached, at the stations 2S-10S of the pharmacy (2), to each tray (T) or to the drugs and medical materials mounted on each tray is used to transmit (deliver) the carriage to the station 2S-10S of each ward 3-10. At the station 2S-10S of each ward 3-10, a tray (T) carried on the mobile carriage (MC) is received at a receiving section, i.e. a tray cart (TC) set in a storage rack facility 13-15, a tray (T) mounting the drugs and medical materials for use in the ward on the current day is mounted on the tray cart (TC) and transported to a use place, or a tray (T) mounting the drugs and medical materials for use on the next or subsequent day is stored in the tray holding section, transferred automatically from the tray holding section to a tray cart (TC) on the next or subsequent day and transported to a use place.

This causes a secondary flow that is effective for the airflow to be produced, improving heat transmission efficiency, and in addition causes air to flow also in the dead water region in the airflow downward behind each heat transmission tube (22a-22c), which contributes to heat exchange. As a result, separation of airflow and a local increase in speed of airflow are suppressed and an effective secondary flow of air is produced, which increase heat exchange efficiency.

    A conveyance mechanism having rails (10) horizontally and vertically laid in a building, racks (20) laid along the rails, wheels (31, 32) for traveling on the rail, and a self-propelled carriage (30) having pinions (33, 34) meshing with the racks and a drive section for the pinions and on which a load is placed. The rails have a curve section in which they change the direction from horizontal to vertical or from vertical to horizontal, and also have a vertical section continuing to the horizontal section. In the two sections above, the rails have rails (11) for the pinions, having the racks meshing with the pinions, and also have rails (12) for the travel wheels, installed in parallel with and separated from the rails for the pinions. The carriage have, on its left and right sides, the pinions meshing with the rails for the pinions and the travel wheels supported on the rails for the travel wheels. Also, the rails for the pinions and the rails for the travel wheels are arranged so that the carriage can move in a horizontal position in the curve section and the vertical section continuing to the curve section.
