  • BONDING MACHINE CAPABLE OF TRIMMING NEW AND OLD SMT SPLICE TAPES

    Disclosed is a bonding machine capable of trimming new and old SMT splice tapes. The bonding machine comprises a support plate (1). A new splice tape conveying device (3) and an old splice tape conveying device (4) are arranged facing opposite each other on the support plate (1), and each of the conveying devices is provided on either side with a stop block (9) matching the splice tape. A lifting device (8) matching the splice tapes is arranged in the middle of the support plate (1), and a bonding mechanism (7) matching the splice tapes is arranged above the lifting device (8). A cutting device (6) is arranged above the old splice tape conveying device (4). The cutting device (6) comprises a cutting seat (60) arranged on the support plate (1), wherein a cutting motor (61) is arranged on the cutting seat (60), the cutting motor (61) is connected to a cutting cam (62), the cutting cam (62) is connected to a cutter (64) via a cutting connecting rod (63), and the cutter (64) cooperates with a cutting slide track (65) arranged on the cutting seat (60). The bonding machine can reuse old splice tapes, thereby reducing the splice cost to a certain extent.

  • SYSTEM FOR NAVIGATING INSIDE OF BUILDING AND APPLICATION SYSTEM THEREFOR

    A system for navigating the inside of a building. The system comprises a server and a mobile client, the mobile client being connected to the server via a network, characterized in that the server comprises a file database used for storing geographical location information of a building and a three-dimensional image file for said building; the mobile client comprises: a display module responsible for displaying said three-dimensional image file; a satellite positioning module responsible for determining the location of the mobile client by means of satellite positioning; an indoor positioning module responsible for determining the location of the mobile client on the basis of changes in the acceleration of the angle and the displacement of the mobile client; and, an indoor navigation module responsible for navigating the inside of a building on the basis of the three-dimensional image file. The system can automatically analyze a DXF file and can automatically generate three-dimensional building data, thereby allowing for the creation of a cloud network-based three-dimensional image of a building, and uses mobile client satellite positioning and a sensor such as a gyroscope to achieve indoor navigation.

  • A SOLAR POWERED LED LIGHTING SYSTEM AND AN UMBRELLA HAVING THE SAME

    Aspects of the present invention relates to a solar powered LED lighting system for an umbrella. In certain embodiments, the solar powered LED lighting system has (a) a rechargeable battery, (b) a solar panel, (c) one or more LED lights, (d) one or more touch control sensors, and (e) an unipath touch control circuit. The rechargeable battery is used to provide electricity to the solar powered LED lighting system. The solar panel converts optical energy to electrical energy and charges the rechargeable battery. The LED lights are installed on the umbrella to provide lighting. The touch control sensors are used to sense a user's touch event, and responsively generate a control signal. The unipath touch control circuit receives the control signals from the touch control sensors, and controls the solar powered LED lighting system according to the received control signal.

    Present invention relates to a tilting mechanism for an umbrella. The tilting mechanism includes: a base, a body, a sliding rod, and a winding device. The base has base pin holes and the body has body pin holes. The base and the body are joined by a pin through the base and body pin holes to form a joint. When umbrella is in upright and closed position, a user turns the crank clockwise, the cord is pulled downwards, a runner of the umbrella is moved upwards to open the umbrella until the runner is stopped by a runner stopper. When the umbrella is in open position, the user continues to turn the crank clockwise, the cord is pulled further down, the sliding rod is moved downwards pushing the wheel to travel along a wheel moving surface, and wheel axle grooves push wheel axle to tilt body around the pin.

The machine comprises a support plate (1); a new splice tape conveying device (3) and an old splice tape conveying device (4) facing each other are provided on the support plate (1); limit blocks (9) fitting splice tapes are provided on both sides of the two conveying devices; a pushup device (8) fitting the splice tapes is provided in the middle of the support plate (1); a bonding mechanism (7) fitting the splice tapes is provided above the pushup device (8); the new splice tape conveying device (3), the old splice tape conveying device (4), the pushup device (8), and the bonding mechanism (7) is connected to a controller. The bonding machine does not damage splice tapes, and reduces the costs of splicing.

    A cryogenic energy storage-based nuclear power peak load regulation system comprises a nuclear electric power generation subsystem (10), an air liquefaction subsystem (20), a liquid air energy release subsystem (30) and a energy storage unit (40); during a first period that the load demand of users is less than the rated load of a nuclear power system, redundant electric energy generated by the nuclear electric power generation subsystem is converted into cryogenic energy by means of an air liquefaction process and the cryogenic energy is then stored in liquid air; during a second period that the load demand of users is more than the rated load of the nuclear power system, the energy of the liquefied air stored in the air liquefaction subsystem is converted into electric power; cold released by re-gasifying the liquid air in the liquid air energy release subsystem is stored in the cold accumulation unit in the form of sensible heat during the second period that the load demand of users is more than the rated load of the nuclear power system, and the stored cold is used for liquefying the air of the air liquefaction subsystem during the first period that the load demand of users is less than the rated load of the nuclear power system. The system can remarkably improve the power generation efficiency and net work yield of nuclear reactor heat of the nuclear power system during a peak demand period, in order to realize the purpose of peak load shifting, and furthermore, the system is high in energy storage efficiency.

    Highlights • A new prototype design structure of dry-type air-core water-cooling reactor with epoxy resin casting technique is presented. • Theoretical analysis, finite-element simulation and prototype test verification are applied on the design. • The results of temperature rise and transient fault current test of prototypes are introduced and analyzed. • The success of tests demonstrates that the proposed structure is of high reliability and availability. Abstract This paper mainly introduces the research and development (R&D) of the high-power dc reactor prototype, whose functions are to limit the circulating current and ripple current in the ITER poloidal field (PF) converter. It needs to operate at rated large direct current 27.5 kA and withstand peak fault current up to 175 kA. Therefore, in order to meet the special requirements of the dynamic and thermal stability, a new prototype design structure of dry-type air-core water-cooling reactor with epoxy resin casting technique is presented, which is based on the theoretical analysis, finite-element simulation calculation and small prototype test verification. Now the full prototype has been fabricated by China industry, and the dynamic and thermal stability tests of the prototype have also been accomplished successfully. The test results are in compliance with the design and it shows the availability and feasibility of the proposed design, which may be a reference for relevant applications.
