The fabrication method comprises: forming on a substrate (1) a pixel electrode layer (2), a gate metal layer (4), and a source/drain metal layer (11); the pixel electrode layer comprises a first connecting part pattern (21); the gate metal layer comprises a second connecting part pattern (41), and the source/drain metal layer comprises a third connecting part pattern (111); the first connecting part pattern and second connecting part pattern overlap; the part of the first connecting part pattern that exceeds the second connecting part pattern is electrically connected to a third connecting part pattern by means of a first via (12).

    Provided are an array substrate and method for fabrication thereof and a display device, the array substrate comprising: a base substrate (9); a first electrode pattern (11), second electrode pattern (12), and an active layer pattern (5) arranged on the base substrate; coating a first protection pattern (3) with a first electrode pattern, and coating a second protection pattern (4) with a second electrode pattern; the active layer pattern is arranged between the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern; the first electrode protection pattern and the second electrode protection pattern are connected to the two sides of the active layer pattern, respectively. Thus the problem of the surface of the material used by the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern having low resistance and being oxidized, and thereby causing it to be impossible for the active layer pattern to be connected to the first electrode pattern and the second electrode pattern, is avoided, and product yield is improved.

    A display device, array substrate, and method for fabrication thereof. The array substrate comprises data lines (14) and gate lines (11), said data lines (14) and gate lines (11) intersecting each other to define a pixel region. The pixel region comprises a first thin film transistor and a pixel electrode. The method comprises the following steps: forming on a substrate a semiconductor material and a source/drain metal material, and forming by means of one patterning process the active layer (171) and source/drain layers (152, 151) of said first thin film transistor. The invention significantly shortens the production cycle of thin film transistors, while at the same time, since there are fewer process steps to undergo, the attributes of the thin film transistors are greatly improved, such that a large drift does not occur in the threshold voltage of the thin film transistors.

The array substrate comprises a gate electrode layer (2) and a pixel electrode layer (3) on a substrate (1). The gate electrode layer (2) and the pixel electrode layer (3) are disposed in a stacked manner and come into contact with each other. The pixel electrode layer (3) comprises a first portion (31) and a second portion (32) that are separated from each other, the gate electrode layer (2) comprises a first portion (21), and the position of the first portion (21) of the gate electrode layer (2) is precisely aligned with the position of the first portion (31) of the pixel electrode layer (3). The gate electrode comprises the first portion (21) of the gate electrode layer (2) and the first portion (31) of the pixel electrode layer (3), and the pixel electrode comprises the second portion (32) of the pixel electrode layer (3). In the array substrate, the number of masks is reduced by manufacturing the patterns of the gate electrode layer (2) and the pixel electrode layer (3) using the same mask.

  • Highly active nanoporous Co–B–TiO2 framework for hydrolysis of NaBH4

    In this study, a nanoporous Co-B-TiO2 framework was prepared by in-situ chemical reduction under sonication. After the introduction of nano-TiO2 particles to a Co-B alloy, the specific surface area of the composite was substantially improved from 47.2 to 89.6 m(2)/g. The morphology was also changed from aggregated nanoparticles to a nanoporous framework. Furthermore, the catalytic activity was significantly enhanced for the hydrolysis of NaBH4. A high rate of hydrogen generation was found at 1980 mLmin(-1) g(-1) at 30 degrees C in a5 wt% NaOH+ 1.5 wt% NaBE4 solution, and the rate was much faster than those obtained with undoped Co-B catalysts. The activation energy of the hydrolysis was 30.93 kJ/mol, which is comparable to that of noble metal-based catalysts. The stability of the fabricated composite catalyst was also explored.     A thin film transistor array substrate preparation method, a thin film transistor array substrate and a display device. The thin film transistor array substrate preparation method comprises the following steps: forming a gate electrode layer (2), a gate insulating layer (3), an active layer (4), a source/drain electrode layer (6), a passivation layer (7) and a pixel electrode layer (8) on a substrate (1), wherein a structure pattern comprising a through hole (9) is formed on the passivation layer through a patterning process, the pixel electrode layer (8) is formed within the region of the structure pattern in a dripping manner, and the source/drain electrode layer (6) is connected with the pixel electrode layer (8) via the through hole (9). With the help of the thin film transistor array substrate preparation method, the steps of forming the pixel electrode layer by the patterning process are reduced, the use of a mask is reduced, the utilization rate of the pixel electrode forming material is improved, and simultaneously, the production cost is lowered.

In the method, a mobile terminal reads an application content identifier included in an application that is stored in an electronic device, outputs the application content identifier included in the application, and outputs, after a first selection operation on an output target application content identifier included in the application is detected, a control option list matching the target application content identifier; and on such a basis, the mobile terminal may detect a second selection operation on any one of content control options included in the control option list, and transmit, by using a wireless link, a content control instruction matching a chosen content control option to the electronic device, so as to trigger the electronic device to perform, by using the application, a control operation on application content to which the target application content identifier belongs. During implementation of the embodiments of the present invention, application content included in an application can be effectively controlled in a case where an electronic device is far away.

    Provided are an array substrate and a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The array substrate comprises: an organic light-emitting layer pattern (11); and an active layer pattern (4a) disposed in a thin-film transistor zone and an absorption layer pattern (4b) disposed in an opening zone, which are provided on the same layer, wherein the absorption layer pattern (4b) is located in a light emergent direction of the organic light-emitting layer pattern (11) and is manufactured from a transparent material having an ultraviolet absorption function. Hence, the absorption layer pattern located in the opening zone can absorb ultraviolet rays in emitted light, reducing the harm caused by the emitted light on the eyes; moreover, the absorption layer pattern and the active layer pattern are provided on the same layer, such that compared with the manner of independently arranging one ultraviolet absorption layer in the array substrate, the thickness of the array substrate is decreased, aiding in the light weight and thinness of the display device.
