  • METHOD OF TRANSFERRING MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES FROM OIL PHASE TO WATER PHASE

    A method of transferring magnetic nanoparticles from oil phase to water phase comprises adding oxidant to the solution of oil phase magnetic nanoparticles so that the carbon-carbon unsaturated double bond in the long chain of oleic acid on the surface of oil phase magnetic nanoparticles is oxidized to hydrophilic carboxyl and magnetic nanoparticles dispersed in oil phase are converted to magnetic nanoparticles dispersed in water phase. The method is convenient and quick to operate, and effectively reduces the cleaning cost of oil phase magnetic nanoparticles, furthermore realizes carboxyl functional modification of the surface of magnetic nanoparticles. The introduced carboxyl functional group can connect with protein, nucleic acid or medicine and so on, thereby the magnetic nanoparticles are preferably used in biological and medical field.

  • Numerical Simulation on Temperature History during Cooling Process of Wire Rod

    A one-dimensional mathematical model of wire rod during cooling was developed. This model considered the heat of phase transformation during the cooling process. Based on the energy-balance method the equations were calculated, and the temperature history during cooling process of wire rod was obtained. The comparison of the calculated results with the measured results showed that the model worked well for simulating the temperature history of wire rod during cooling process. The effects of roller speed, diameter of wire and fan delivery on temperature history of wire were analyzed. With this developed model, the optimizing of cooling processes of wire rod can be investigated in the future.

  • RADIO FREQUENCY HIGH-Q VALUE BAND-PASS FILTER

    A radio frequency high-Q value band-pass filter is a feed-forward structure and comprises a main branch circuit, a feed-forward branch circuit and a subtraction circuit. The main branch circuit and the feed-forward branch circuit are the same in structure, and comprise a radio frequency amplification stage and a load stage. The load stage is composed of a switch mixing stage of a passive mixer and a trans-impedance stage. The input impedance feature of a trans-impedance amplifier is moved to a radio frequency local oscillator by means of the impedance moving feature of the passive mixer on a frequency, so as to enable a main branch to become a radio frequency high-Q value band elimination filter. In order to ensure the phase matching between output ends of a feed-forward branch and the main branch, the feed-forward branch uses a structure same as that of the main branch, and an in-band rejection ratio and a stop bandwidth of the band elimination filter of the branch are reduced by changing a feedback resistance value of the trans-impedance stage in the feed-forward branch. Then, the radio-frequency band pass effect is realized by subtracting an output signal of the main branch from an output signal of the feed-forward branch by using the subtraction circuit.

    The present invention relates to the technical field of multimedia playback, and provides a method and an apparatus for switching to an external loudspeaker of an electronic device. The method comprises: detecting whether an external loudspeaker is connected to an electronic device (S110); and if it is detected that an external loudspeaker is connected to the electronic device, switching to the external loudspeaker connected to the electronic device for audio playback (S120). The method and apparatus of an electronic device for switching to an external loudspeaker enable an electronic device to automatically switch to an external loudspeaker when the external loudspeaker is detected, thereby solving the problem of unsatisfactory audio playback effect of an internal loudspeaker of an electronic device.

    Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of multimedia playback. Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for switching to an external loudspeaker of an electronic device. The method comprises: detecting whether an external loudspeaker is connected to the electronic device; and if it is detected that an external loudspeaker is connected to the electronic device, determining whether to switch to the external loudspeaker for audio playback according to a comparison result between performance parameters of the external loudspeaker and those of an internal loudspeaker. The method and apparatus for switching to an external loudspeaker of an electronic device provided by the embodiments of the present invention solve the problem of blindly switching to an external loudspeaker when the performance of the external loudspeaker connected to the electronic device is inferior to that of an internal loudspeaker.

    A routing framework called Space Gateway Routing (SGR) is proposed for routing through Autonomous Regions (ARs) in ad hoc space networks. SGR has two integral parts: External SGR (ESGR) and Interior SGR (ISGR). ESGR addresses the delivery of different traffic types through ARs. Location-Predicted Directional Broadcast is proposed for fast delivery of remote control messages and automatic data delivery, and Receiver-Initiated On-demand Routing is for controlled data delivery. ISGR exchanges inter-AR routing information among border routers within an AR and schedules inter-AR message transmissions. Longest Queues and Minimum Waiting policies are proposed for contact allocation and inter-region message scheduling, respectively.

  • SINGLE-ENDED INPUT AND DOUBLE-BALANCED PASSIVE MIXER

    A single-ended input and double-balanced passive mixer comprises a Balun transconductance stage, a passive local oscillator switch and a trans-impedance amplifier; the Balun transconductance stage is a transconductance stage circuit outputting double-channel differential current by using single-channel bias current; the output impedance of the transconductance stage is lowered at the local oscillator frequency and a similar AC virtual earth is constructed by the transconductance stage by utilizing the impedance transfer effect of the passive local oscillator switch; when input voltage is changed, transconductance transistors respectively pull current from differential outputs, and a function of outputting the double-channel differential current by using the single-channel bias current is realized. The single-ended input and double-balanced passive mixer saves half of transconductance stage current, is a passive mixer with the same equivalent transconductance and significantly reduced power consumption, and is suitable for single-ended input and differential output.
