  • ADENO-ASSOCIATED VIRUS (AAV) CLADE F VECTOR AND USES THEREFOR

    A recombinant adeno-associated virus (rAAV) vector comprising an AAVhu68 capsid produced in a production system comprising a nucleotide sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1, or a sequence at least 75% identical thereto which encodes SEQ ID NO:2. The AAVhu68 capsid comprises subpopulations of highly deamidated asparagine residues in asparagine - glycine pairs in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2. Also provided are compositions containing the rAAV and uses thereof. Additionally, rAAV having an engineered AAV capsid comprising at least one subpopulation of vpl or vp2 proteins having a Val at amino acid position 157 with reference to the AAVhu68 vpl numbering are provided.

    The present invention relates to NOx storage and reduction catalyst comprising a material having the genera! formula G/AO/LxMyQOz, wherein LxMyQOz is a substrate and G and A2O are deposited on the surface of the LxMyQOz substrate; wherein G is a noble metal, A is an element from Group I or II of the Periodic Table of Elements, L and M are independently selected from divalent cations and L and M are not selected as the same divalent cation, Q is at least one trivalent cation, O is oxygen, x is from 0 to 6, y is from 0 to 6, x+y is from 1 to 6 and z is selected to balance the values of x and y stochiometrically, wherein the amount of G is from 0.5 to 6 wt%, preferably from 0.5 to 4 wt%, the amount of A20 is from 5 to 30 wt% and the amount of LxMyQOz balances the amount of G and A2O to result in 100 wt%, a process for preparing the same and the use thereof.

    A quick charging method for a parallel battery pack, comprising: obtaining a maximum charging current allowed by a charging trunk circuit and a charging current needed for charging the parallel battery pack; comparing the charging current needed for charging the parallel battery pack with the maximum charging current allowed by the charging trunk circuit; if the charging current needed for charging the parallel battery pack is smaller than or equal to the maximum charging current allowed by the charging trunk circuit, executing parallel charging on battery units; if the charging current needed for charging the parallel charging pack is greater than the maximum charging current allowed by the charging trunk circuit, partially or completely converting connection among the battery units in the parallel battery pack into series connection, and executing series charging on the battery units. In addition, also provided is a quick charging system (100) and a quick charging device (800) for a parallel battery pack. The quick charging method for a parallel battery pack can effectively shorten the charging time.

    A device (100) for jet packing and fracturing and a tubular column (50) comprising the same. The device (100) comprises an upper connector (1), a jet nozzle sleeve (2), a central rod (3), a packer (4), a lower connector (5), a first inner cylinder (60) disposed in the upper connector (1), and a second inner cylinder (6) disposed in the jet nozzle sleeve (2). The upper connector (1) is provided with a fracturing hole (9), and the jet nozzle sleeve (2) is provided with a jet nozzle (7). In an initial state, the fracturing hole (9) is plugged by the first inner cylinder (60), and the jet nozzle (7) is plugged by the second inner cylinder (6). After an inner cavity of the second inner cylinder (6) is sealed, a pressure liquid is pumped into the device (100), the second inner cylinder (6) moves downwards to expose the jet nozzle (7) when the pressure reaches a first pressure, the packer (4) conducts packing, and perforation can be carried out at the moment. After perforation is completed, a pressure liquid is injected into an annular space (11), the first inner cylinder (60) moves downwards to expose the fracturing hole (9) when the pressure reaches a second pressure, and fracturing work can be carried out at the moment. By means of the device (100), the working efficiency can be improved, and the operation costs can be reduced.

  • THREE-IN-ONE SUITCASE LOCK AND METHOD OF USE THEREOF

    Disclosed is a three-in-one suitcase lock, comprising a code lock device, a custom lock device, an electronic lock device, a base (2), a lock tongue (1), a main spring (4), a torsional spring (6), an unlocking mechanism and a rotating rod (7). The base (2) is provided with a rotating rod mounting platform and a lock tongue mounting platform. The rotating rod (7) is connected to the rotating rod mounting platform via a rotating shaft on the one hand, and via the torsional spring (6) on the other hand. The lock tongue (1) is connected to a lock tongue mounting platform via the main spring (4), a first guiding shaft is provided on an inner side of the main spring (4), and the lock tongue (1) can move in an axial direction of the first guiding shaft by pressing the main spring (4). A limiting end of the rotating rod (7) is provided on a side face of the lock tongue (1) for limiting the movement of the lock tongue (1) in the axial direction of the first guiding shaft. The unlocking mechanism is provided on the base (2), and a first inclined face of the unlocking mechanism is adhered to a second inclined face of the lock tongue (1). The code lock device, the custom lock device or the electronic lock device drives the rotation of the rotating rod (7) to form an operation space for the lock tongue (1), and when the base (2) rotates, the unlocking mechanism is driven to unlock. Further disclosed is a method of using the three-in-one suitcase lock.
