  • CLOSING CONTROL METHOD FOR HIGH-VOLTAGE DIRECT-CURRENT CIRCUIT BREAKER

    A closing control method for a high-voltage direct-current circuit breaker. The method comprises: first, closing breaking units of a breaking branch (2) group by group; and then, closing an on-state branch (1); finally, breaking the breaking branch. In the process of closing the breaking units of the breaking branch group by group, whether a fault occurs in a power transmission system is determined after a current group of breaking units is closed. If no fault occurs, the next group of breaking units is continued to be closed, and the next operation is performed until all groups of breaking units are closed. If a fault occurs, all the groups of closed breaking units are broken, and the closing operation is ended. The method can implement pre-charging of a power transmission system in a closing process of a high-voltage direct-current circuit breaker, and reduce overvoltage and system oscillation caused by the closing operation.

  • METHOD AND DEVICE FOR ESTIMATING STATE OF CHARGE OF BATTERY

    A method and device for estimating a state of charge of a battery. The method comprises the steps of: A. acquiring basic parameters of a battery; B. fitting a relation model between an OCV and an SOC of the battery; C. based on an equivalent circuit model of the battery, establishing a state equation of the battery; D. adjusting parameters of the state equation, observing the influence on the SOC estimation accuracy, and obtaining the influence of the basic parameters of the battery and coefficients in an OCV expression on the SOC estimation accuracy, to obtain key parameters; and E. establishing an update equation for the key parameters using a Newton iteration method, and jointly applying the update equation and an observer estimation SOC method to estimate the SOC of the battery. By means of the method and device for estimating an SOC of a battery of the present invention, the method for estimating the SOC of the battery can be revised by updating key parameters having influence on the SOC estimation accuracy of the battery in the process of estimating the SOC of the battery using an observer. Therefore, the SOC estimation accuracy is increased.

  • HUMAN BODY TARGET RE-IDENTIFICATION METHOD AND SYSTEM AMONG MULTIPLE CAMERAS

    The method is suitable for human body re-identification among multiple cameras in an overlap-free area. Provided is a human body target re-identification method among multiple sensors, comprising the steps of: A. dividing a known human body image sequence and an individual image sequence to be identified in an image library into several groups, and calculating individual similarity difference characteristics of each group according to prototype similarity characteristics (S1); B. according to the individual similarity difference characteristics of each group and corresponding tags thereof, performing classifier training (S2); and C. calculating an average output weight value of the classifier so as to determine a best match human body (S3). The method can use multiple frames of image data to realize human body re-identification and measure the similarity of human body targets in the multiple frames of image data. Compared with an algorithm provided in the prior art, a significant difference distance provided by the method has a higher identification rate in a data set, and the robustness of influence factors, such as a larger outline, a dimension and shielding, generated on a human body in a sample image among different cameras can be effectively improved, so as to improve the identification rate of the algorithm.

  • METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ESTIMATING STATE OF CHARGE OF LITHIUM ION BATTERY

    A method and apparatus for estimating a state of charge of a lithium ion battery. The method comprises the steps of: A. fitting a relationship between an open circuit voltage and a state of charge of a lithium ion battery; B. estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using an observer method; and C. with regard to the state of charge of the lithium ion battery estimated in step B, if it is greater than a predetermined threshold value, estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using the observer method, and if it is less than the predetermined threshold value, estimating the state of charge of the lithium ion battery using an ampere-hour integral method. By means of the method and apparatus for estimating a state of charge of a lithium ion battery in the present invention, defects of an ampere-hour integral method and an observer method can be avoided, and the estimation accuracy in a whole life cycle and a whole state of charge area is improved.
