    Embodiments described herein relate to apparatus and coating methods to reduce chamber arcing, for example, in HDP-CVD, PECVD, PE-ALD and Etch chambers. The apparatus include a ring shaped gas distributor used for in-situ deposition of coating materials, and a process chamber including the same. The ring shaped gas distributor includes a ring shaped body having at least one gas entrance port disposed on a first side thereof and a plurality of gas distribution ports disposed on a first surface of the ring shaped body. The plurality of gas distribution ports are arranged in a plurality of evenly distributed rows. The plurality of gas distribution ports in a first row of the plurality of evenly distributed rows is adapted to direct gas at an exit angle different from an exit angle of the plurality of gas distribution ports in a second row of the plurality of evenly distributed rows.

  • SHIFTED SUB-CARRIER-BASED FREQUENCY DOMAIN CHAOTIC COGNITIVE RADIO SYSTEM

    The invention discloses a shifted sub-carrier-based frequency domain chaotic cognitive radio system comprising a transmitter and a receiver. At the transmitter, a frequency domain chaotic signal generator is configured to generate a frequency domain-based chaotic signal c(t), a sub-carrier correspondence module is configured to dynamically change a corresponding relationship between a chaotic sequence C(k) and a sub-carrier, data information undergoes a binary phase shift keying modulation to provide b(t), b(t) and c(t) are modulated together to provide s(t), and s(t) is further modulated with a carrier and transmitted over a radio channel in an available frequency band. At the receiver, after coherent carrier demodulation, a frequency domain chaotic signal generator is configured to generate a frequency domain-based chaotic signal c(t), the chaotic signal c(t) is then synchronized and used to demodulate a receiving signal r(t) to obtain d(t), a zero-crossing determination is performed on d(t) to obtain an estimate b̑(t) of an information bit, thereby successfully receiving the transmitted information. The shifted sub-carrier-based frequency domain chaotic cognitive radio system disclosed by the invention significantly improves security of a conventional frequency domain chaotic cognitive radio system.

    A glass fiber composition, and glass fiber and composite material thereof are provided in the present invention. The content, given in weight percentage, of each component contained in the glass fiber composition is as follows: 58-64% SiO2, 14-19% Al2O3, at least 8.8% but less than 11.8% CaO, 7.5-11% MgO, 0.2-2.7% SrO, 0.1-2% Na2O+K2O, 0.05-0.9% Li2O, 0.05-1% Fe2O3, 0.05-1.1% TiO2, less than 0.5% F2; the weight percentage of the ratio C1 of (MgO+SrO)/CaO is 0.75%-1.1%; and the weight percentage of the ratio C2 of CaO/MgO is less than 1.4% The composition effectively controls the crystallization tendency of the glass, greatly reducing the liquidus temperature and the degree of crystallization thereof. The invention also has an outstanding glass refractive index and modulus.

    Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for switching an access point (AP) in a wireless local area network, so as to enable a STA in power save mode to perform AP switching. The method comprises: a first AP determining that a STA connected to the first AP is in power save mode, wherein the first AP provides, based on a BSSID corresponding to the STA, a service to the STA, the BSSID corresponding to the STA being different from BSSIDs corresponding to any other STAs in the same ESS as the STA; the first AP determining a second AP in the same ESS to be a target AP connected after the STA is switched; the first AP sending a wake-up frame to the STA, wherein the wake-up frame is used to instruct the STA to be in a non-sleep state when the second AP sends a beacon frame based on the BSSID corresponding to the STA; and the first AP sending a switching instruction to the second AP, wherein the switching instruction is used to instruct the second AP to provide, based on the BSSID corresponding to the STA, a service for the STA.

    An LED display screen capable of achieving multiple assembling methods, comprising two or more frames (100). Each frame (100) comprises left and right side plates. The left end face of the left side plate (1) is provided with a slant boss (11), the right side plate (2) is provided with a through hole (21) which extends in a left-and-right direction, the front and rear sides of the left end of the right side plate (2) are provided with a front side plate (22) and a rear sealing plate (23) respectively. The space between the front side plate (22) and the rear sealing plate (23) is in communication with the through hole (21). The right side of the frame (100) is provided with an arc-shaped lock mechanism (3). The arc-shaped lock mechanism (3) comprises a rotary block (31) and a rotary knob (32) which are fixedly connected. The rotary block (31) is disposed between the front side plate (22) and the rear sealing plate (23). The rotary knob (32) is disposed outside the front end of the front side plate (22). The outer ring of the rotary block (31) is provided with multiple inclined plates (311). The inclination angles of the multiple inclined plates (311) are all different. The slant boss (11) of one of the frames (100) can match the different inclined plates (311) of the rotary block (31) on the adjacent frame, such that two assembled frames have different included angles, and multiple assembling methods are achieved.

  • BAICALIN MAGNESIUM, PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF AND APPLICATION OF SAME

    The present invention relates to a baicalin magnesium and further relates to a preparation method and extraction method of the baicalin magnesium. The preparation method comprises the steps of preparing a suspension of a baicalin, preparing a suspension containing a magnesium ion, reacting, and drying. The extraction method comprises the steps of pre-processing with a macroporous adsorption resin, extracting, adsorbing and eluting, concentrating and drying, and purifying. The baicalin magnesium preparation restores the baicalin to an original form found in the Scutellaria baicalensis plant, and can be used as a substitute for the baicalin in pharmaceutical applications. Compared with the baicalin, the baicalin magnesium has greatly increased solubility, faster oral absorption rate and higher bioavailability. The baicalin magnesium can also be easily formulated as a water-soluble agent or powder agent for injection. Pharmacological experiments showed that the baicalin magnesium is more pharmacologically active than baicalin.
