  • AUTOMATIC POSITIONING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BIG ARM OF UMBRELLA DRILLER

    An automatic positioning device and method for a big arm of an umbrella driller. The device comprises a rotating arm (1) connected to a standing column (20), a supporting oil cylinder (2), a big arm (3), a verticality adjustment oil cylinder (4), a slip support (5), a drill arm (6), and a big gear wheel (7). A hydraulic motor (8) is disposed on the rotating arm (1), and an output end of the hydraulic motor (8) matches the big gear wheel (7). One end of the big arm (3) is connected to the rotating arm (1), and the other end of the big arm (3) is connected to the slip support (5). The tail end of the supporting oil cylinder (2) is connected to the rotating arm (1), and a telescopic end of the supporting oil cylinder (2) is connected to the big arm (3). The tail end of the verticality adjustment oil cylinder (4) is connected to the big arm (3), and the telescopic end of the verticality adjustment oil cylinder (4) is connected to the slip support (5). The drill arm (6) is connected to the slip support (5).The supporting oil cylinder (2) is in series connection with the verticality adjustment oil cylinder (4). The device is simple to operate, and accordingly the working difficulty is reduced and the working efficiency is improved; the method has a high precision, the dimensional orientation of a shot hole coincides with a theoretical design, and an ideal blasting effect is achieved, thereby ensuring the safety of workers, and reducing construction costs.

  • AN APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING A WANTED COMPONENT IN A SIGNAL

    A signal enhancer comprises an input configured to receive an audio signal that has a wanted component and an unwanted component. It also comprises a perception analyser that is configured to split the audio signal into a plurality of spectral components. The perception analyser is also configured to, for each spectral component, designate that spectral component as belonging to the wanted component or the unwanted component in dependence on a power estimate associated with that spectral component. If a spectral component is designated as belonging to the unwanted component, the perception analyser is configured to adjust its power by applying an adaptive gain to that spectral component, wherein the adaptive gain is selected in dependence on how perceptible the spectral component is expected to be to a user. This improves the intelligibility of the wanted component.

  • CABINET IN DATA CENTRE, AND GRAVITY SPRAYING SYSTEM THEREOF

    Provided is a cabinet in a data centre. The cabinet comprises a cabinet body, an oil distributor and a plurality of liquid distributors. A plurality of server housings are successively mounted on the cabinet body in a high to low direction. One liquid distributor is arranged above each of the server housings. The present invention further relates to a gravity spraying system. On the one hand, cooling liquid oil is gathered in an upper oil distribution tank, and due to the action of gravity, the oil automatically flows along oil passages, and the pressures are unnecessary to be set in oil paths, thus reducing the power consumption of an oil pump, improving the efficiency (COP) of a heat dissipation system, and reducing the total PUE of the data centre. On the other hand, the problem of inconsistent oil quantity distribution of gravity oil distribution paths caused by a height difference resulting from successive arrangement of servers in the cabinet from top to bottom is solved, and oil quantity regulators in oil distribution units are used to ensure that the flow distributed to the server on each layer is consistent. The present invention has a smart design and a rational structure, involves an innovative method, makes progress on a traditional large server cooling mode, and at the same time, has strong practicability and is convenient to promote.

    Disclosed are a method and apparatus for adjusting an air interface capacity density. The method comprises: configuring a baseband branch for a corresponding physical cell by means of determining an isolation degree between pRRUs. The embodiments of the present invention also disclose dynamically adjusting an air interface capacity density by means of determining a user density of a physical cell. The implementation of the embodiments of the present invention can dynamically adjust an air interface capacity density of a physical cell according to an actual condition of the physical cell in a logical cell, thereby improving the utilization rate of air interface capacity in the logical cell; in addition, it is unnecessary to split or merge the logical cell, and it is unnecessary to allocate a new cell license resource for the logical cell, thereby reducing the waste of the cell license resource; moreover, it is unnecessary for a UE in the logical cell to switch to a new logical cell, thereby reducing the service interruption times of the UE.

The method comprises: determining whether a target physical cell requiring air interface capacity density adjustment exists in a logical cell, wherein the logical cell comprises one or more physical cells, each physical cell comprises a set of pico radio remote units (pRRUs), and one physical cell corresponds to one baseband branch; and when the determining result is yes, adjusting air interface capacity density of the target physical cell. Thus, by implementing embodiments of the present invention, air interface capacity density of a physical cell can be dynamically adjusted according to the actual situation of the physical cell in a logical cell, thereby improving the utilization rate of air interface capacity in the logical cell; further, splitting or combining of the logical cell is not needed, and it is unnecessary to allocate new cell license resources to the logical cell, thereby reducing waste of cell license resources; and a UE in the logical cell does not need to be handed over to a new logical cell, thereby reducing service interruptions of the UE.
