The metal resin complex comprises a metal substrate with its upper surface having at least one upper surface slit (2) and its lower surface having at least one lower surface groove at a position opposite the upper surface slit (2). The upper surface slit (2) is in communication with the lower surface groove. First injected resin is injection-moulded in the upper surface slit (2), and second injected resin is injection-moulded in the lower surface groove.

  • FILTER-FREE LIQUID RISING TUBE FOR USE IN LOW-PRESSURE CASTING

    A filter-free liquid rising tube for use in low-pressure casting; a liquid intake hole (2) is arranged at a bottom portion of a liquid rising tube (1); the liquid intake hole is in communication with the inside of the liquid rising tube; and an entrance area of the liquid intake hole is 10–60% of a flow area of the liquid rising tube. The liquid rising tube enables low-pressure casting production without placing a filter therein, reducing the cost and failure rate in a fully automatized low-pressure casting production line, facilitating the handling of a discharge head at the sprue, and further reducing iron added to remelting scraps.

  • METHOD OF PURIFYING A HETEROLOGOUS PROTEIN FROM AN EGG WHITE

    The present invention is related a method of purifying a heterologous protein from an egg white. In some embodiments, the disclosure is directed to a method of purifying a heterologous protein from an egg white comprising the heterologous protein, the method comprising, (a) adjusting the pH of the egg white to a pH of 5.8 to 6.5 to form a pH-adjusted egg white; (b) filtering the pH-adjusted egg white of (a) and collecting a first filtrate; (c) subjecting the first filtrate of (b) to a hydrophobic interaction chromatography matrix, and collecting a first eluate comprising the heterologous protein; (d) adjusting the pH of the first eluate of (c) to a pH of 5.0 to 5.6 to form a pH-adjusted eluate; (e) filtering the pH-adjusted eluate to obtain a second filtrate; (f) adjusting the pH of the second filtrate to a pH of 3.0 to 4.0 to form a pH-adjusted second filtrate; (g) neutralizing the pH-adjusted second filtrate of (f) to a pH of 5.0 to 8.0 to form a neutralized solution; (h) subjecting the neutralized solution to a cation exchange chromatography matrix and collecting a second eluate comprising the heterologous protein.

  • HEAT STORAGE UNIT WITH SAFETY DEVICE FOR SOLAR WATER HEATER

    A heat storage unit with a safety device for a solar water heater comprises a heat storage element (1) and a pressure release valve (4). A phase-change heat storage material (7) is contained in the heat storage element (1). A pressure release hole (9) is provided at one end of the heat storage element (1). The pressure release valve (4) is fixed to one end of the heat storage element (1) and is communicated with the interior of the heat storage element (1) through the pressure release hole (9). The heat storage unit is horizontally or obliquely arranged in a solar heat collecting pipe (5), so that the pressure release valve (4) faces upwardly, and an opening at the inner side of the pressure release hole (9) is above the liquid surface height of the heat storage material (7). Internal pressure of the heat storage unit is controlled and operation safety is guaranteed by adding the pressure release valve (4) and using a simple and convenient installation method.

    A method and system for configuring a motion path of a robotic arm. The method comprises: determining, according to position distribution information of obstacles, an annular safe region for rotation of a robotic arm; determining a start position (A) and an end position (B) of an end portion of the robotic arm, and determining, according to the start position (A) and the end position (B), a rotation start position (A') and a rotation end position (B') of the end portion of the robotic arm within the annular safe region; computing a first motion path of the end portion of the robotic arm moving from the start position (A) to the rotation start position (A'), and a second motion path of the end portion of the robotic arm moving from the rotation end position (B') to the end position (B); and configuring, according to the first motion path, the second motion path, and a rotation path, a robotic arm motion path, wherein the rotation path is a path of the end portion of the robotic arm rotating in an arc from the rotation start position (A') to the rotation end position (B'). The solution of the present invention improves efficiency of path configuration, and fixes the number of intermediate points of a path at two, thus facilitating algorithm implementation.

  • CARBURIZED ALLOY STEEL, METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME, AND USE THEREOF

    A carburized alloy steel and a method for preparing same. The elements of the alloy are present in the following mass percentages: C: 0.15%-0.25%, Si: ≤0.30%, Mn: 0.30%-1.20%, P: ≤ 0.015%, S: ≤ 0.010%, Cr: 0.30%-1.50%, Ni: 2.80%-3.80%, Mo: 0.30%-1.00%, Al: 0.01%-0.08%, and at least one of V: 0.05%-0.15% and Nb: 0.025%-0.10%, the remainder being Fe and unavoidable impurities; and the mass percentage content of V, Nb and Al satisfies V+Nb+Al≤0.30%. The carburized alloy steel is obtained by means of smelting, blank casting, normalizing/tempering treatment, and quenching/tempering treatment. The quenching treatment involves increasing the temperature of a blank to 800°C-860°C, maintaining the temperature for 0.8h-1.5h, then placing into a rapid quench oil to cool to the temperature of the rapid quench oil.

  • DICE STRUCTURE-BASED STORAGE UNIT OF STATIC RANDOM ACCESS MEMORY

    Proposed is a DICE structure-based storage unit of a static random access memory, comprising a redundant information latch circuit and a redundant selection circuit. The redundant information latch circuit is composed of four MOS tubes and comprises four data storage points. The redundant selection circuit is also composed of four MOS tubes, drains of the MOS tubes M0, M1, M2 and M3 being respectively connected to the four data storage points X0, X1, X2 and X3, wherein the sources of the M0 and the M2 are connected together to a bit line BL; sources of the M1 and the M3 are connected together to a bit line BLB; and gates of the four MOS tubes are connected together to a word line WL. The present invention, by only increasing a small area without increasing obvious complexity, can ensure that a storage unit is prevented from state turnover when being bombarded by particles, thereby ensuring data correctness.

    A method for forming lithium metal oxides comprised of Ni, Mn and Co useful for making lithium ion batteries comprises providing precursor particulates of Ni and Co that are of a particular size that allows the formation of improved lithium metal oxides. The method allows the formation of lithium metal oxides having improved safety while retaining good capacity and rate capability. In particular, the method allows for the formation of lithium metal oxide where the primary particle surface Mn/Ni ratio is greater than the bulk Mn/Ni. Likewise the method allows the formation of lithium metal oxides with secondary particles having much higher densities allowing for higher cathode densities and battery capacities while retaining good capacity and rate performance.

The channel quality measurement method, device and equipment and the storage medium may reduce the network overhead and the complexity level of a communication network in the process of measuring the channel quality in the terminal communication network.
