In this article, we assign the D-s3*(2860) to be a D-wave c (s) over bar meson, study the hadronic coupling constants G(Ds3*(2860) DK) and G(Ds3*(2860)D*K) with the three-point QCD sum rules, and calculate the partial decay widths Gamma(D-s3*(2860) -> D*K) and Gamma(D-s3*(2860) -> DK). The predicted ratio R =3D Gamma(D-s3*(2860) -> D*K)/Gamma(D-s3*(2860) -> DK) =3D 0.57 +/- 0.38 cannot reproduce the experimental value R =3D Br(D-sJ*(2860) -> D*K)/Br(D-sJ*(2860) -> DK) =3D 1.10 +/- 0.15 +/- 0.19.
